The worst thng you could do if a pet goes missing is panic, so just calm down first. If you start to panic you will not be able to think straight and ultimately you will not find your pet because you are unable to think of the correct strategy of getting it back.
Another thing to do is not give up, animals can be found miles from where they ran away from , here is my story:
Basically, we had just got a rescue dog from the RSPCA and it was slowly starting to get used to our family. It seemed that the normal morning walk had taken a bit longer that normal so we were getting a bit worried until of course Dad walked in without the dog which was even more worrying.
He had gone down a busy road which he didnt usually do, so a car ended up speeding past which startled the dog so it ran off and managed to break free.
So the search had begun with us frantically approaching print management Brighton companies to help us look for the dog by flyer printing.
It ahad been quite a long time with a lot of stress involved which is when we got a call from someone saying she had the dog trapped in a field . So off Mum went with a friend from the office in search of the animal. The thing is we thought this was impossible as the location was over ten miles from where she went missing. In the end it actually turned out that the dog had gone across fields, motorways and other roads to get to where she was now stuck. We could not believe how she had come so far without seriously injuring herself.
So the real lesson to learn from this is, do not give up there is always a chance it will work out. There is of course the option of fitting a tracking chip inside the animal in the similar way that many businesses do with branding design Brighton.
